1. Do you accept PayPal for payment?
No we only accept AlertPay.

2. How will I get paid?
Commissions will be paid via AlertPay as earned.

3. How much I can earn in the 2x1 matrix?
In the 2x1 matrix. You can earn $25 Total for every cycle. How much you can earn depends on your efforts and the efforts of your team members above you and below you. You are also paid as earned. That means when you have just 1 person below you you are paid $12.50. One more (2 total) you will be paid another $12.50 for a total of $25 per cycle. It is possible to cycle several times a day.

4. What is the minimum balance I must have to get paid?
The minimum payment is $12.50 which is what you earn when you have 1 person below you. You will be paid within 24 hours. If you notice you have not been paid, just contact us and let us know. You can view your balance at any time through your control panel.

5. How long before I can start earning money in the 2x1 matrix?
You can start earning as soon as you purchase your JV Upgrade Ad Package and your account has been verified. You will receive an email letting you know you've been entered into the matrix and your login ID#. You Must Save or Remember your ID# in order to login to view your details.

6. How many ads will I receive in my email box per day?
We will try to limit the amount of solo ads per day to 10. However we reserve the right to send up to 25 if our load becomes too high. Unlike other ad exchanges we do not want to make you wait 5 to 15 days before your ad is sent. Most of the time when you submit an ad you want it to go out right away and we will do our best to get all solo ads sent in a timely manner. This is also in our terms and conditions.

7. When I cycle will I get a re-entry?
YES. Once you cycle you are automatically re-entered into the 2x1 matrix to allow you to continue to earn commissions.

8. Do Free or PRO Members get an entry into the 2x1 matrix?
PRO Members YES! Free Members NO. Entries into the 2x1 matrix is a Bonus to members that Upgrade to the PRO or JV Membership level.

9. What happens if I upgrade to JV but cancel my subscription before 3 months?
Your membership will be reduced to a FREE member. All of Your matrix positions will be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to 2x1ads.com. Any cancellation after subscription payment is paid membership will be reduced and due to the nature of our electronic/downloadable product and commissions added instantly - There are NO Refunds.

10. Can I have more than 1 JV or PRO Membership?
No. Our system only allows 1 membership per IP address. If your spouse or other member at your household wishes to join they will need to sign up at a different IP address.
